Delivery
Where can I track my order?
Go to "My Account" and click on your order number for tracking details. You will also receive tracking updates via email and Whatsapp/SMS.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver to locations across India.
How long does delivery take?
Made to Orders will be shipped within 7 to 9 business days and in Stock items will be shipped in 2 working days.
Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us promptly to update details.
What if I receive a damaged item?
If there’s any issue with the received item, reach out to our support team at shinezbybaxi@gmail.com for assistance.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location. Please check our shipping policy page for more details.
Ordering and Payment
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard. You can also choose to pay via UPI, or net banking for your convenience.
How do I apply a promotional code to my order?
You can enter your promotional code during the checkout process in the designated "Promo Code" field. The discount will be applied to your order total.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7 Days return and exchange policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full CREDIT refund or exchange. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.
RINGS and BANGLE/BRACELETS are Made-to-order, so they are not eligible for Returns/Exchanges.

Are there any warranties on your products?
All our products come with a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty. For warranty claims, please retain your purchase receipt and contact us for assistance.
We also cover life time warranty, please refer Lifetime Warranty
What if the item I want is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it's back. Simply click on the "Notify Me" button on the product page and enter your email address.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Not as of now, but you can request us on that separately.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
